What we do on a diagnostics

Pull OBD-II codes (current and pending)
Read live data: O2 sensors, fuel trims, misfire counts, MAF flow
Inspect the relevant subsystem (vacuum lines, sensors, harness)
Provide a written diagnosis with repair quote — no surprises
If you decide not to repair, the diagnostic fee is yours to keep
